Ready to meet you with a smile in the morning, Mike (also known as “Classic” Mike) is equipped with a bin of tools to get your gaskets fixed in no time. Always friendly, Mike will leave both your equipment and chefs happier than when he arrived.

A home chef, Mike enjoys experimenting curing and smoking his own bacon in addition to appreciating many of the fine local Washington beers.

Grant is also our cutting board specialist and is extremely knowledgeable about finding the right board for your needs.
